Saltie Tracer arrives in Sturgeon Bay

On Wednesday, the Netherlands-flagged saltie Tracer, owned by BigLift Shipping, arrived in Sturgeon Bay and docked next to the new barge Mississippi. The ship is in port to pick up Palmer Johnson’s final yacht, which will be taken overseas to be completed. As Palmer Johnson closes down its operations, Bay Shipbuilding is working on purchasing the large buildings owned by Palmer Johnson. Tracer is expected to leave for Montreal and the Atlantic in a few days, depending on how long the loading process takes. The yacht needs to be brought be trailer from the building to the ship, which is a very long and tedious process.
